- Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the congress are requested to contact the registration secretariat at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Only participants who complete their registration will be included in the program.
- The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the early bird or pre conference deadline, it will not be considered as early or pre conference registration if the payment has not been received before the deadlines.

CANCELLATION POLICY :
- Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the 12th LIVER UPDATE 2019 Registration Secretariat by fax at +6221-3918842, or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Cancellations received before or on 31 January 2019 – an administrative fee of IDR 1.000.000 will be applied.
- Cancellations received on or after 28 February 2019 – NO REFUND.
Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of The 12th Liver Update and The Annual
Scientific Meeting of Ina ASL/PPHI 2019, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
